ORIGIN PC provides free life time support. So even if your warranty has expired you may call or email our support staff for assistance.
Out of Warranty Repairs:
- You will be responsible for shipping to and from Origin PC's facility located in Miami, Florida.
- You will be responsible for the cost of the UPS pickup service if done through Origin PC.
- You will be responsible for the cost of parts that were replaced, replaced parts can be discarded upon request, if not you will be responsible for return shipping.
- You have a lifetime labor warranty, you will not be charged for labor.
- You will be quoted for the cost of parts, the work will not be performed until you agree to the quote via email or a ticket.
- Please be aware that many Out of Warranty repairs are subject to part availability, If we do not have the component available we will email you and help you locate and source the component and install and test it free of charge.
- The final invoice will be emailed to you using Origin PC's merchant service when the system is ready to ship.
- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
